Overall clean hotel, extremely helpful staff, best possible location in perfect place close to red square. Beautifully decorated and brand-new rooms with GOOD sound proofing, modern design touches, good breakfast. The rooftop bar onsite.

Beds were a little hard.

The hotel is impeccably clean, nestled in a beautiful building with a rooftop restaurant. This property is in an incredible location, just off the main tourist street / square, the Bolshoi Theater, the Duma, and Red Square and the Bolshoi. Love eating outside and there's Savva, set just close to the venue.

New building and rooms with a luxurious comfort. Super location in walking distance to all the touristic areas and great area. For tea or coffee visit Tsum Cafe nearby.

The hotel is definitely recommended to all. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic and delicious, appreciated breads, pastries, and fruit. All in all they offer outstanding service.

we needed a place for shopping, everything was really good. we appreciated the hotel, it was perfect and spotlessly clean. it was in an exceptionally nice location near restaurants and bars. brilliantly helpful personnel especially at the reception desk, paid attention to every detail.

I recently stayed at the Park Hyatt in Moscow for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was situated near all the major attractions. The security outside the hotel was top-notch, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay. The elegant interior and exterior of the hotel added to the overall ambiance. The rooms were incredibly spacious, especially the adjoining ones we had. The concierge services were friendly and helpful, and the conservatory lounge provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere after a long day of sight-seeing. The breakfast had a high-quality selection of food, and the underfloor heating in the bathrooms was a wonderful touch during the winter. Additionally, receiving delicious cookies upon checkout was a lovely extra touch of hospitality.
